Web Programmers
We are seeking highly skilled and knowledgeable web programmers to assist us with our web design team and pioneering emerging technologies. The work is fast-paced which requires knowledge of the latest web technologies and the ability to learn more in the ever growing diversity of internet browsers. Strong, strict coding practices and knowledge of valid programming is a must. You must have solid knowledge of all browsers, compatibility issues, integration issues, and the knowledge and patience to overcome all web conflicts. To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 2-4 years experience in web programming.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• XHTML - Must be able to code valid WC3 XHTML and have an understanding of strong coding conventions.
• CSS - Must be able to code perfect CSS scripts for all browsers (IE6, IE7, FireFox, Opera, and others).
• AJAX coding experience highly desired.
• Python programming experience and knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) required.
• Div Layers - Must have a complete knowledge of Div Layers and only use tables when appropriate.
• Proficiency in cross-browser compatibility for IE 6, IE 7, FireFox, Opera, and others.
• Javascript - Must be able to manage Javascript for website functions, DOM-based scripting ability and hand coding is required.
• PHP - Must be able to manage and have had experience in utilizing PHP.
• MySQL - Must be able to Setup and Manage MySQL databases.
• Photoshop - Ability to modify, slice, measure, and export from Photoshop for web design on pixel metrics.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
• Experience in eCommerce such as shopping carts and software systems.
• Experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Joomla, Drupal, Typo3, Wordpress, Mambo.
• RSS XML syndication experience in multiple formats.
• Experience with both Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience in MS SQL 2005 and/or Oracle 10g.
• Search Engine Optimization practices and experience.
• Flash and Flash ActionScript 2.0.
Web Designers
This job consists of taking graphic templates and building them into complete websites as they were intended. The work requires knowledge of cutting up and building web sites to strict specifications. To apply for this position, applicants must have a previous portfolio of web design work.
Required Skills and Knowledge:

Search Engine Optimizers (SEO)
Are you a search engine optimization professional or have had experience working with a known web marketing firm? Come join some of the brightest SEO talent who have worked for some of the largest web marketing firms. Job consists of managing new and on-going SEO campaigns for clients and producing new strategies for results.SEO achievements/results from contract work or previous employment required. At least 2-4 years experience in working in the Search Engine Optimization field. Job may require training and managing a team of optimization, web design, and content writing staff. Strong English and communication skills required.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong proficiency in the English language.
• Previous achievements/results in the SEO field.
• Knowledge of all Proper SEO "White Hat" tolls and techniques and requirements for producing results on all ranges of keyword competitiveness.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
• Experience in writing for Search Engine Optimization (for assisting content writers).

Content Writers
We're in high demand for highly skilled English writing professionals for assisting our Search Engine Optimization department and Web Design department with well written original content. Work for our SEO department involves creativity in integrating word phrases into existing or new and original written English content for websites. You'll be given which pages need content written (anywhere from 100 to 400 words) and what word phrases must be worked into the content in strategic locations. Any previous search engine optimization, web content writing, or professional writing experience is required. To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 2-4 years experience in writing.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong proficiency in the English language.
• Creativity in writing for a diverse array of specific topics.
• Ability to write original content for websites to specifications.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

Graphics Artists
Are you a talented and creative graphics design artist? We're looking for talented 2D and 3D graphics artists and web graphics designers. To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 2-4 years experience in writing. A portfolio of your graphics design work and specialties is also required.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Sharp eye for graphic design and tastes in all themes/styles.
• Complete proficiency in Photoshop CS2/3 for all types of graphic design.
• Ability to build textures and complex patterned backgrounds.
• Ability to put together web templates in Photoshop (as a static image) or Dreamweaver (as sliced images).
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
• Experience or mastery of a 3D application such as 3D Studio or Maya.
• Ability to draw 2D CG art with tablet.
• Experience in building Flash animations and vector graphics.
• Experience working with Illustrator CS2/3 for static vector graphics (icons/graphics).
Sales Professionals
We are in high demand for experienced sales professionals. Job consists of contacting or following up with prospective customers and requests. Makes new and follow-up calls to all potential or existing customers to qualify leads and sell services. Provides service information presents demonstrations or designs to qualified customers by request. Requires 1-2 years of sales experience.
